During a time when Tattoos were considered an underground art mainly catering to certain groups of people, James O’Donnell, Owner and Operator of Artatorture, took his long time passion of one of the oldest art forms and opened a Tattoo Parlour. Soon after opening its doors, the Studio moved around the corner to a larger location to accommodate its significant growth.
